Tally It Up Now is a ballot box counting application which is used in combination with the TallyItUpNow.com web site to simplify counting votes for any competition. It's good for large events where lots of competitors are vying for the most votes for their wares, like Beer Tastings, Restaurant competitions and the like. Participants download the app prior to the event and then scan QR codes to collect information on a competitor. Participants can rate their own selections, and add comments. The participant votes on one competitor (only) and those results are tallied on the web site. Events are created on the Dashboard on the web site and vendors and their products (e.g. Chili Cook-off, Restaurants, Chili recipes) are created. From there, a page can be printed with the generated barcode to be placed alongside the competitor so the participants can scan to make their selections. The Dashboard can also turn on/off voting for an event to prevent errant votes and uses Push Notifications to send messages to all users.
Requires iOS 6.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
